It’s a matter of fact, life changes are hard. This is why you must allow yourself to feel all the feelings, make room for the struggles, and find ways to best navigate life’s inevitable obstacles.
This is where we come in. Not only are you allowed to be fully you when you’re here, with us. But you’re also allowed to not even really know who you are right now.

 Whether you’re facing issues around your gender identity, going through a divorce, have kids who are leaving for college, or experiencing a career transition, we offer a warm and secure space for you to explore whatever it is you’re going through.

Because of the ways our brains are wired, coping with change and transition can be stressful and difficult, no matter how large or small the transition is.

Our therapists will work with you to tend to the whole self as you work through difficult scenarios or relationships.

The gentle, open-minded approach of our therapists will aid in the transformative work of healing.
