If you have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event(s) that continuously comes back and triggers painful memories, feelings in your body, or causes you to feel numb, we are ready to help you learn how to heal.

When you have experienced trauma, it can bring about feelings of overwhelm or of being out of control. Maybe you feel trapped and unable to do the things you used to enjoy, or you feel as if every day is stressful when you used to be able to feel calm and relaxed.

All of our practitioners have training and experience working with folks who have gone through trauma. Your therapist will take your individual experiences into account while working with you to find a path toward healing.

Trauma Counseling will help you face the memories, feelings, and body responses associated with the trauma in a safe and nurturing environment 

Your therapist will be right beside you as you work toward healing so you won’t feel alone.

You will meet with your therapist weekly in order to learn new ways of coping.
